In my experience there tends tends to one or two gyms where they gays in the city tend to go too. In Philly its City Fitness Market East location, I know the Equinox in Hells Kitchen is similar. Does your city have a similar situation and if so which gym is it?

here in St. Louis we have "Club St. Louis". I've never been but would love to go. They seem to be a chain and have three other locations, one in Columbus, one in Dallas, and One in Indy. I'd love to hear about your experiences at this club if you've ever been.
In London, Gymbox Elephant & Castle is probably the gayest.
Most Central London gyms are pretty gay, but close contenders would be Fitness First Covent Garden, Jubilee Hall Gym Covent Garden, Marshall Street Leisure Centre and Oasis Sports Centre.
