Isn't this Jim Warren? Is Mike McMillan an alias?
I thought that he was an entirely different model as far as I know. The California Online Archive says that Dave Martin took 9 b&w photos of MIKE MCMILLAN in 1953. JIM Warren was the same year also--1953. But JIM Warren was listed as a Student-Athlete at University of California Berkeley with 8 photos.
I will have to research this more. Here is the photo and the notes that came with it from Dave Martin.

Three quick observations:
I've long known of Dave Martin as a contemporary of Mizer and others, but until I saw these photos, I never realized his capacity to get the absolute best models. Some of these jocks would seem to be impossible to get to pose nude, but here they are. Did DM ever do film work or just photography?
Bob Mizer and (especially) David Hurles did a lot of film work with Mike Reuter. He could be cute and sexy and rough all at the same time. Yet for all the work Mizer, Hurles and others did with him, I don't think he ever did any actual porn, which is surprising since he was being photographed around the same time as Roy (Champ) Berger, Brian Diaz and others , who did take the plunge.
That monkey in 26305 has to be the luckiest mammal that ever lived to be in that position. Try as I might , I can't find any other pictures of Johnny Raines. If anyone knows of any, please post!

JACK RAINES posed with a Monkey at AMG for Bob Mizer in 1973. Bob Mizer was sued several times because of his Monkeys. The worst was when his monkey named Cindy got out and went over the wall. She went to the neighbor's house to the rear. The woman who lived there opened her door and was brutally attacked. They are smart and dangerous and they cannot be domesticated. JACK RAINES took a big risk in this Photo allowing that Monkey near his Penis.

The model with the Monkey was JACK RAINES. I made a mistake. I apologize. I have never seen more than one photo of JACK RAINES which is the one I posted with the Monkey in COLOR from 1973.
ERIC BRONSON posed semi Nude with a Boner for Bob Mizer at AMG in 1982. Mizer's codes told us that ERIC was a Top or Bottom and a LOVER who was expensive.
