Delayed Ejaculation with PE?

First post after reading tons here over the years:

Anyone here experience delayed ejaculation impacted by their PE routine? For the past five months, I'm back to a daily routine of stretching in the shower, and have added 2-3x/weekly pumping sessions for 8-10 minutes. Looking at moving to weighted stretching this summer, when I have more time to hang. At 60 years old, lost 30+ lbs over the past two years and am at 18% body fat, so now that I've lost most of my pubic fat pad (no more flacid turtle!), I'm looking to make whatever gains I can.

I've often struggled with delayed ejaculation with oral and anal/vaginal throughout my adult life, which when I was younger I blamed on extended j/o sessions: as I can orgasm without cumming, I deliberately trained myself to extend the self-pleasure by not ejaculating. Doesn't happen all the time, but generally can only ejaculate 20-25% of the time with my partner.

Recognizing that I can ejaculate >50% with j/o, I've pulled WAY back on j/o and porn -- from 3-7x/week to 1-2x/month -- for the past 12 months, with an aim to resensitize myself without relying on my hand.

Typically no issues getting an erection. I've looked at meds: no SSRIs; just daily 2.5 mg Cialis and 12.5mg hydrochlorothyazide (high blood pressure). Stress level varies. Glass of wine 2x/month, so not alcohol related. Recognize pyschological issues of getting in my head and worrying about shooting -- but fortunately have incredibly supportive spouse who enjoys getting topped typically >25 minutes, until I'm fatigued from all the pumping or he's feeling a little raw.

Any issues with penile sensitivity from your PE routine that have impacted your ability to ejaculate? Just wanting to make sure I'm not aggrivating matters.
