You using copilot? or is this in bing image creator?

Maybe it's an American thing because so far I haven't had that here. When I was in the UK the image creator worked differently than when in France. So it could be related to geography. I know in the EU we have more stringent data protection laws.

Not Bing. They don't allow NSFW. You could have a look at stability AI, or any of the porn AIs out there (civit.ai isn't necessarily a porn ai but allows NSFW). There are a few, but not all of them allow famous people. Lambda peeps are always easier to get.

As for prompts, that depends on your preferences and imagination. There are tutorials out there for these other AI sites. The reason why I use Bing is that you don't need to know how best to write the prompt. You can just use regular language. But no NSFW possible. It makes it a challenge to get the people as naked as possible without getting the dog

Don't use Bing. It doesn't do nudity (unless very carefully coaxed into it) and certainly no porn.
I believe stable diffusion allows some forms of nsfw imagery, but you'd have to ask in that thread.
Civit.ai is the one I've heard mention most often but I'm not familiar with its prompting structure. I believe it's more related to stable diffusion, so again, better to go check in that thread
