Healing the shoulder

Hey guys! Well I will post my first entry in this blog to explain why I've been feeling bad lately. I'm stuck with a tendonitis of the left shoulder since mid February. It appeared gradually, I could feel it during my work outs. But at some point, it became painful and I was unable to work the upper body, as pull and press moves would be painful, even isolation exercises of the arms triggered the pain. So I've seen a physical therapist in March, but it didn't help. I've been prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs late March and it - of course - really helped. But it didn't solve the problem. I'm now seeing another PT, and so far results are great. I've been able to do push ups without any pain which is so exciting after almost 3 months. Just a few exercises to do daily, and my PT strapped my shoulder with the scapula to give it a chance. She also used needles into trigger points in my deltoid, trapezius and back muscles. Can't wait to get better!
